I'm buying a treadmill this week, cutting out all sugared drinks/foods and going to be trying to exercise every morning and afternoon.
Any tips on how to lose weight?
Im about 5'6 (169cm) and weight 85kilos.
Stop intake of carbs as close to 100% as possible. Maybe 50 gram for maintenance. That means cereals, bread, brown beans, pizza, Mexican food, etc. Limit what you eat to broiled chicken, green vegetables and salad. Use an oil/vinegar Italian dressing and read the label for sugars. You should be able to lose a pound every second day, You have 65 days. You should be able lose at least 10 and maybe 15 if you don't backslide.
I am at 9 kilo in now. Good results will inspire you to stay with it. Be prepared for your weight to have unexpected highs and lows due to what's traveling through digestion, water retention and the consequences of your period. You will succeed.
Drop the vinegar, no good , eat sensible, smaller portions, eat a lot of fruit, oranges apples. and grapes , white ones, , cut out all snacks , even if you eat 4 or five times a day that is good... but smaller portions... do not starve your self... not worth it... it will take your body about 7 to 10 days to adjust, and then you will see some pounds drop, the whole key is to get your stomach to shrink.. water is good so is gator aid...
hope you do it...
Also, good cardio and a little weightlifting can give you the desired body shape.
Okay cool thanks!
Do you think my goal is a little unrealistic in that time or not if I go hard?
Time to get into gear then!
I would also try doing some pilates and weight training, as that will get you better results, faster too. I think if you toned a bit you would be happier with the result.
Also, eat well. Have well-balanced meals. Try having protein with every meal, drink lots of water to stay hydrated and get enough sleep.

Whether it's possible depends on what you weigh right now. Note that the majority of that weight-loss would be water weight. I do not think it is very realistic that you can lose that much fat that quickly unless you can work out four hours a day or more.
The fastest way you could lose fat between now and then would be a protein sparing modified fast
And what would that be sorry
10 kilos is easy to burn in a month. A lot of teenagers are burning fats now for the upcoming spring. Just go cardio and keep running that treadmill nonstop for about 30 minutes. Also, the food that you're taking plays a major role. Google about some dietary programs that will be suitable for you.
Call Weight Watchers or another such orgaization and get on their program NOW, so that you're in the swing of it when you're in Hawaii. Otherwise you'll gain another few kilos while you are there.
The most you can lose is maybe 5 kilos before Hawaii, but you can keep losing weight while you are there if you are on a planned diet and stick to it.
The progress you make by then should motivate you to stick to the diet in Hawaii. Just enjoy the fruit there and stay away from the alcohol!
I feel the same way I did last time.
A protein sparing modified fast is a moderately high protein low carb low fat diet. It's the fastest way you can lose fat while maintaining lean mass.
Rapid fat loss by Lyle macdonald is a great book on running one.
buy a heart rate monitor, keep your heart rate between 140 and 150 beats per minute for 30 minutes a day. Set the treadmill on a slight inclince so that you don't have to run as fast to achieve a high heart rate, this helps prevent injury while maintaining a high heart rate, which in turn ensure you burn a lot of calories.
Go to the library and get a book about jogging, that will help a lot too. Remember, there is no such thing as fat jogger.
So you think its possible or not?
If you were a hardcore athelte that knew how to diet and workout extremely hard, then I'd say maybe, but given the facts I don't think you'll loose more than 7 kilos, and 7 kilos is a lot given the amount of time in question.
Id be happy with loosing 7 kilos, that would make some sort of a difference!
Sounds like you've got the right idea and motivation.
Working out is key. But remember its not all just cardio work out. Cardio is good for burning xxx calories in xxx time. But you need to also build muscle. Muscle burns calories through out the whole day.
Watch what you eat. Cut back on the sugars. Also cut your portion sizes as well.
You can look into protein shakes and vitamins, in addition to your exercise!

No, it's not possible. You can lose weight, but not 15 kilos in 6 weeks.
How much then?
You can safely and reliably lose between one and 2 pounds a week. So over 6 weeks... you could lose between 3 and 6 kilos.
Walk to burn fat and sugar, run to gain muscle.
