my minimum weight is a hundred and I am at 104 pounds. I'm only 5'2 but my max is 130. I wanna gain like 10 or 15 pounds
any ideas?
the only thing is I won't eat any fast food places and I don't like eatting sugar either.
Eat lean protein like salmon, tuna, beans, chicken, turkey and (every now and then) lean beef. You don't want to eat junk food cause then you'll just gain fat and not muscle.
What type of cardio do you do? Or what are you into? Are you more of a class type of person or would you rather workout? I'd suggest short distance running/jogging and sprinting. Swimming is great if possible. If you like machines the elliptical is great. If you're more about variety then step aerobics and zumba are good.
Also, try lifting weights to help add muscle as opposed to fat.
i work out about three or four times a week and Sundays are mandatory, me and this group all get together and workout. I have an elliptical, a treadmill, an ab circle pro, and I do have weights but I don't really use them that often. I do have discs for zumba but I don't use them all that much.
Lift weights. And moderately heavy, but not too heavy.
Squats
Lunges
Pull Downs
Bench dips
Rows
Reps: 8-10 on each, 3 sets each, one minute 30 seconds rest between each set.
That's the best way to put on weight. If you wanna know more, just lemme know but that's basically what would work best.
eat plenty of carbs and get some protein shakes, this will pile on the pounds for you for what ever reason,x
