What are strange remedies that you have tried on acne and acne scars?

So far I found that a scrub made from cod liver oil and garlic powder work amazing! I've never seen such fast results for acne. The scars kind of jist fade on their own. So, what strange remedies have you tried that have tried?

Oh yeah, my reasons for using cod liver oil is for the vitamin A and the reason for the garlic powder is because it is anti fungal.

this is not a strange remedy at all, but my face used to be acne-ridden and red.

I got rid of the acne by washing my face 4-5 times a day to get rid of the dirt and oils that clog my pores. it's a slow process, but after a couple of months it improved a lot and people started asking me what I did to get rid of my acne.

P.S.: I lived in an area with high humidity, so if you live in a place with low humidity or your face isn't that oily, maybe 2-3 times a day is enough. The point is to not let oils and dead skin cells and dirt sit on your skin and clog your pores.

ive tried toothpaste lol it worked by drying out the pimple real fast but it started peeling afterward

I used to try all kinds of sh*t (I know it doesn't matter nearly as much for guys, but it used to be really bad). Homemade aspirin spot treatment was one that I liked.

In the end... accutane. Best drug in the world, I don't regret it for a second.
