Do you floss your teeth regularly?

If so how often? I have floss but I don't do it very often. I also have a water flosser that I have used about 5 time since I bought it.

I use flossers all the time, after every time I eat. I had braces for years, now I can't stand to feel anything in or on my teeth, haha!

I brush my teeth 2-4x a day, use my proxy brush 2-3x a day and floss twice a day

Wow that's great, I brush 3x a day. Usually after every meal but for whatever reason I rarely floss.

honestly no I dont...only as needed when something is stuck in my teeth! :-P

My teeth stay pretty clean because I mostly eat raw fruits and veggies... chewing wheat grass will naturally scrub and floss your teeth! I still brush and floss, only when I need to and depending on my diet, on average once a day..

My Dad is a dentist and was anal about us keeping our teeth healthy. I don't really care though because I always get sweet dental upgrades for free.

Don't excessively brush though because that's bad. So nothing more than 3x a day. But do floss every day.

I personally have never used a waterpik, but my Dad said regular floss is better anyway. So go with that.
