I feel better when I don't eat. Is this bad or okay?

I'm thinking that it's okay since I'm trying to lose weight anyway. ( I know it's not exactly the healthiest way)

About two months ago I was out on a new anti depressant and it pretty much eliminated my appetite. About a week ago, the medication was increased to the max dose and now I'm like, never hungry.

I feel good when I haven't eaten and have an empty stomach, but as soon as I eat the smallest bit of food, I feel all sluggish and I hate it.

I'm not a doctor or anything but if I had to guess I'd say it's because you're running on stress hormones when you don't eat. In a state of starvation catecholamines are released to keep your blood sugar up. When you finally do eat you your blood sugar goes up, stress hormone levels go down and insulin levels go up to counter it which can tank your blood sugar and make you feel tired and sluggish. Going long periods without eating only intensifies the crash when you do eat.

Being on drugs that modify your appetite can be deceiving. They modify your body's natural signals and make it all to easy to malnourish yourself. It feels good at first but the effects can become quite unpleasant. I say this from experience. If you're going to take drugs, consciously remember to keep some fuel in the tank at all times. Don't let your blood sugar go on a roller coaster ride.

It's a bad thing not to eat, Usually eating when your body tells you to is a good way to go about it. But since you're on medication it's obviously affecting it. Your body will still need the daily calorie intake and good nutrition.

eventually you are going to crash, your body will grow tolerance to the meds and your body will be starving for nutrition and you will binge on food... Try eating light, have some fresh made veggie of fruit juice or a fruit smoothie.
