I’ve been drinking more water, eating more fruits and eating just overall better and I can honestly say I feel kinda good. Is it really important to cut junk food and fast food out of your diet for the most part? Obviously here n there it’s not bad. But for the most part home cooked meals should be the bulk of your diet.

You definitely notice the difference. Not just physically either. What we put into our bodies is way more important that we make it seem. Eating a healthier diet has positive effects on things like memory and focus, and overall brain function. So yeah, ice cream will always be bae but in moderation.
Yes it is important. You have to stay hydrated to make sure your whole body works nicely. You shold drink no less than 30ml of water for 1kg of body weight. For example, somebody that is 75kg, should drink 2,25 liters of water every day (75kg*30ml= 2250ml=2,25l). Eating lots of fruits and vegetables is also very important, to make sure your organism gets enough vitamins and other important nutrients. Junk food does contain a lot of calories, and very few important ingredients, you know what I mean. Eat healthy, stay healthy 😊
Well yeah of course!
I've been eating healthier foods since I'm trying to lose and maintain my weight loss-
My body not only craves healthy food now, but I feel like crap when I eat too much junk food- like my body is trying to reject it.
The only downside is health foods tend to cost more than regular and unhealthy foods and drinks
Ain’t that the truth
Junk food has a way of giving the illusion of being a pleasure cruise. I myself have found instances where I became addicted to certain types of fast food , and I actually ended up cutting soda completely out of my diet.
I personally think paleo and kido diets are anti science , because it's been proven that all that matters is you're body isn't receiving an overabundance of energy, and that breads and starches are just forms of sugar. Cutting sugar out of your diet will decrease calories, but that should be your only goal.
Actually, healthy food does make you feel better. I have always liked healthy eating, then I realized why when I put fast food in my body. Some people don't listen to their bodies or they'd actually see that they don't like the junk they consume, it's all in their heads.
Yes I've noticed my skin is clearer and I have less headaches and more energy. I don't have any nausea or tummy issues like I did when I ate a lot of bad food. I just feel pure inside but i notice my stomach growls more at night and I kinda miss some of the bad food. But I still have my cheat days but man do I notice the difference the next day I feel like crap.
Pics of booty gains
Definitely for me. I also like the superfoods loaded in micros like organ meats, salmon, scallops, kale, that sort of thing. I always felt better throwing those in.
I'm not a rabid follower of "clean eating" though. I don't understand what that means. But I understand micros and macros, and have found it beneficial to take it easy on the processed stuff which is calorie dense but not so rich in micronutrients.
I agree. I really saw the difference while I was attending my university. I drank more water and had more cooked meals. On the days I felt tired, I ordered take out but it was rare since I felt like I had more energy from eating healthy. I absolutely feel better when I eat healthy!
Of course it make a huge difference
When I go for oatmeal for breakfast
Solid food with fibre. Veggies and quality meat and fruits. Feel amazing. Super amazing. Take your vitamins and tons of water. Forget about. Feel like a million bucks
Agree
Eating healthily is so important. It gives you prolonged energy and allows your body to digest food properly. Sugar is honestly the worst thing you can put into your body. It spikes your insulin and causes you to hold onto fat. It messes up digestion. Causes bloating and headaches. Causes you to crash. Sugar is worthless and has no benefit except tasting good.
There’s a misconception that home-cooked meals automatically make the meal better. However, the method and the type of food are the factors that make the difference. If you have a balanced diet with more emphasis on vegetables and lean protein, you’ll feel better. “Junk food” permits endorphins and that makes your mood better; so, eliminating those entirely does no good. In a world where most people have diagnosed themselves as depressed, people definitely need more endorphins
If you like the healthy food and enjoy eating it, then yeah it makes you happy... But I don't think you're happy if you need to force yourself to eat healthy
Wut?
What what
She means if you're eating a healthy meals which you don't like you not feel heathy instead you may feel depressed
Yeah eating healthy definitely makes me feel better, whether that's about feeling more positive or just physically feeling better.
But junk food is good from time to time.. or like once a week, helps to keep it balanced
Yes, it does! Our body suffers tremendously when we don't put in the right stuff, and have better nutrition. It's worse when you have worms and they're doing this.
Well I feel lighter I cheat once a month but since I've started eating healthier I feel like I have more energy and I enjoy most healthy foods I just like a hot chilli sauce or some chilli involved
Definitely.
You're literally an engine of oxygen and carbon. Why wouldn't eating healthy make you feel better?
I've been eating much healthier recently. I have lost a lot of weight and do feel much better physically and mentally.
Keep losing it. If you want motivation. I can call you fatty
I think I call myself "fatty" enough, thanks for the offer though.
I love junk food sometimes, makes me happy. But I also love getting out and making myself a salad with a fruit smoothie. I think it’s a balance of both. On days where I feel like shit, junk food makes me happy.
Maybe probably. There's bene's on both the mental and physi side. I'm not a doctor though. :)
