i will do this 2-3 times a week and then a longer workout of 45-60 on the weekends.
i ask because I usually do40+ min 3-4 times a week but I have a full time job that involves a very long commute and so my time is limited/i feel more tired now.
so I am hoping reducing the time of my workouts but keeping the cardio very intense will be enough? I sweat a LOT from these workouts.
