I like how a tomboy isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. Like we could go and play a sport, and do outdoor things. Tomboys aren't afraid of breaking a nail, they don't need to look in the mirror every 5 minutes, and I think guys, and tomboys just get along better. There aren't so many arguments, and they just seem to be more fun. They understand the male mind better than a girly girl would.

I also think tomboys are more understanding. They're more down to earth, and not stuck up. They are slow to see that a guy is interested in them, because I think they think more like a guy, but once they get it, it's great :D

So I prefer tomboys :) They are great!

tomboys are good but if she can't flirt like a girl, how are we supposed to realize she is flirting with us. yes you could say if she started flirting like a guy it may be easier to read...but thatd be like flirting with ourselves, and that's a bit weird, eh? bit egotistical if you ask me

they are good to a certain point, but just remember that you still are a girl and that guys are gonna look at you as a girl so don't be afraid to do girly things as well

I've found a few guys who prefer tomboys (like me) and then many who prefer the girly girl who wears pink all the time, and doesn't want to get her hands dirty or do anything where they could get hurt or break a nail.

I would rather be in my coveralls, rubber boots, and gloves and on my quad in the middle of a mud hole getting dirty. Sounds more fun to me then going shopping and giving each other manicures.

I get my nails done, and am careful to not break them, but when I do, I just look forward to my next appointment to get it fixed. I don't dwell on it, like many girls I know do. It's a fact of life, things break.

I love getting dirty and playing rough sports but I'm definitely a girly girl too. Tomboy doesn't describe me at all but I'm mixed with the things I love to do. What gets me about tomboys is that most of the time they look and dress like men everyday. It's cute to wear a dudes shirt or jacket but to wear his entire wardrobe makes you look like a dyke. Also they almost never wash or fix they're hair or put makeup on and it's weird because most of them are "natural disasters" when it comes to the natural look. At least put on some tinted freaking moisturizer!

I think, from my guy friends perspective... most guys, like a girl who can know when to be girly and when to chill out and roll around in the dirt (figuratively or literally). Alota guys enjoy knowing their girl will want to go fishing, or dirt biking etc, ready to try new things etc but also that the girl knows how to still dress like a woman, when they go out to eat, meet friends etc.

I strongly prefer tomboys, even though they're slow to pick up when you put the moves on them and VERY slow to put the moves on another.

The good news is that I don't have to spend time on bullsh*t deprogramming on what a girl can and can't be.

Usually they like to do more fun things, they like off-roading, watching sports, getting their hands dirty, and less arguments, all bonuses. In general it's a more fun relationship and down to earth.

I'm one, and I personally think we're great! I seriously cannot stand girly girls who have a ton of lip gloss on and are draped in pink from head to toe.
