i must involve fruit or veggie in every meal.
for example: for breakfast I had a banana, blueberry and strawberry smoothie, with half a pomegranate and a handful of cashews=]

with me, its also about what I don't eat. I only eat between 11am and 5pm, I have breakfast and lunch only. its also known as the intermittent fasting diet. this, combined with good amounts of exercise results in me losing about 400-500g on average EACH DAY. :)

My favorites right now are: sweet potatoes, kale and chickpeas.
Fruits and grains. My favorite meal is oatmeal. But not just plain oatmeal. I add a banana which I cut up into smaller pieces. About half an apple also cut into pieces. Strawberries, dates, grapes, prunes, and more. Not all of that stuff at the same time though because it would turn out to be too much. I mix things up every time I eat oatmeal. And pour some honey, cranberry, or other things like that. It's not only delicious but also very healthy. Especially to start the day with.
Mainly food.
And avoid processed food like products that aren't quite food. ;)

I like hummus, I think it's pretty healthy. I also eat lots of berries, apples, citruses, freshly-squeezed juices, then there's lean meat, steamed veggies, nuts and eliminating grains as much as possible. I also eat bread with low glycemic index (basically low GI foods are the ones that don't make your blood glucose levels rise drastically). I also drink lots of water. And that's basically my everyday diet.
I don't focus too much on what I eat - I just try to count calories.
For breakfast I eat 2 apples
For lunch I eat 50 grams of turkey sliced between two whole wheat slices of bread
For dinner I eat noodles mixed with bamboo, noodles mixed with tomato, or vegetables like lotus root / potatoes with no rice or noodles.Veggies (asparagus, broccoli, carrots, green beans, kale) meat (chicken and fish) carbs ( whole wheat bread, rice, avacado) fruits (blueberries, bananas, cherries, strawberries, blackberries) and OLIVES and oatmeal!
Vegetables, fruits that contain lower amounts of sugar, nuts and yogurt. I only eat homemade dishes and drink homemade juices. I don't eat bread, pasta or drink sodas.
Tons and tons of water. Don't really diet but I will limit the amount of foods I eat (junk food) and try to eat more fruits an veggies and eggs for protein or I will make protein shakes
Fruits, veggies(a lot of dark green veggies), mushrooms, fish, rice and pasta. Things piscatarian, vegetarian and/or vegan friendly.
Favorites are: Fresh veggies (cucumber), fruit (watermelon), lean meat (turkey), Grains (oatmeal) stuff like that and A LOT OF WATER! :D

Gosh lately I haven't been thinking about being healthy. I try to eat fruit but I should eat more veggies maybe.

And I season everything with spicesveggies, grains, fruits and drink plenty water
Raw fruit & Veg. Don't do grains at all.
Grains give me a lot of energy.
