At 5"0 your ideal weigh is 100 pounds so I think anywhere from 90 - 100 is healthy depending on how big or small you bone wise but there are healthy ways to be thin and lose weight or to not be thin but still look good. If you want to be a healthy weight without starving yourself cut out grains, fats and oils and sugar and eat only meat and vegetables. If you cut out grains you will definitely be skinny and you won't have to starve yourself to get there. Maybe try eating vegetarian as well but not everybody loses weight on a vegetarian diet. Most do however. Make sure you get your protein though by eating things like cashew butter or edamame and milk.

It's sounds like at the least it's EDNOS you'd need a doctor to truly specify if it's anorexia
You are quite underweight no matter how we cut it and 900 calories is nowhere near enough.
You should be looking at 2000 calories.
If you're feeling dizzy most of the time, that's your body telling you to eat more. It's not getting what it needs.
