How much do you currently weigh? A healthy weight for a woman your height can be anywhere between about 130-150 lbs depending on your type of frame. Also, while a lot of women gain weight in their breasts and can lose it by shedding overall body weight, don't get your heart set on dramatically decreasing your cup size.
First off, don't hate your body! I understand what it's like to be uncomfortable with weight gain. A few years ago, before I dropped 20 lbs, I was really unhappy as well. You need to understand that a lot of women fluncuate in their weight, some by a lot and some by a little. Coming to terms with the fact that yeah, you're not where you want to be, but you're going to do your best to lose weight healthfully, will make the whole process much more doable. Having a positive outlook during weight loss is much more conducive to reaching your goal.
Secondly, don't eat less. How much are you eating per day, calorie wise? The amount of calories you should take in will vary because of your height, the amount of exercise you're getting, and how much weight you plan to lose. Eating less than about 1,200 a day will only do your body more harm than good. You need to make sure you're eating a sufficient amount of lean protein, fresh vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats, like nuts and avocados, and whole grains. I'm a personal trainer, and the biggest mistake I see in new clients, is that they think by eating less, they'll lose weight.
Exercise at least 3 days a week, get a sufficient amount of sleep (7-8 hours), drink plentiful amounts of water, cut out processed food and drinks, and eat a healthful diet. Exercise and diet, when done right, is the only way to see weight loss that's maintainable. And in my opinion, having bony hips and ribs is not a healthy goal. You should strive to be a better, more healthful you, and in doing so, you will look good, and healthy! No one likes people who look like skeletons.04 Reply- +1 y

I don't mean to sound harsh, because I suffered from an eating disorder during my early teens, so I can understand, but you HAVE to eat. You're going to continue to be miserable if you don't start taking care of your body. You're never going to make any progress in being happier with your life and body if you don't take the steps to change things. The way you're currently eating is not going to help you reach your goals. It will only make you more tired, more sick, more depressed. YOU yourself have to make the decision to change your lifestyle. Are you willing to do that?

+1 yIm sorry but i don't want to sound rude. but i am a recovering anorexic.. and it seems like your post is mostly done for attention.. because when you become anorexic you do NOT care about your boobs being gone. you just want to be skinny as possible. And as a side note.. when i was anorexic for the first month.. i ended up gaining weight because your body bloats up. If you are doing this for attention on here.. it actually offends girls and guys that have eating disorders or girl or guys that are recovering.

Im really not doing it for attention i need to drop the weight and i actually do already have an eating disorder, ik what it feels like to have people take the piss and call you anorexic when your not or fat when your the same weight as them etc but i really just wanted advice on how to drop it discreatly and when pll say you have problems i rise to the argument

You don't have an eating disorder until you are diagnosed by one from a Doctor. And you have been diagnosed there is no way you could lose the weight since you have weigh ins and have to meet with a nutrionest and a psychologist. To me you seem to be doing this for attention. Because if you actually had an ED you would not care about losing your boobs! I was a 32C when i became anorexic and i did not care about that!

Think what she means by diagnosing yourself, is admitting that you have a problem. Obviously that's not the def. of diagnose but it's a start. The way to recovery is to admit you have a problem. +1 yYou're not eating enough. That's why you are losing muscle and your four pack is gone. Because you are eating a tiny cereal bar and a tiny dinner (probably under 1000 cal total) and you are BURNING 2000 cal per day your body is going into starvation mode.
Whilst in starvation mode your body begins to eat away your muscles because they are the most accessible source of protein which your body needs to survive.
Eat more, seriously. I know you have these notions in your head but they are irrational. Try it for three months and see where you end up, I promise you'll be in better shape and probably back to your normal form. I also need your exercise routine if you want more detailed advice.
As an example a good diet for you would be the following:
BREAKFAST - 1 cup of Raisin Bran w/ 1% milk
LUNCH - Sandwich of whatever you want with a small bowl of veggies or fruits.
Dinner - Whatever your mom makes. One serving. It should be the size of your two fists.
You also need to hydrate or your body will not grow. You should be drinking a Gallon of water a day. Tap is fine and probably more beneficial for you unless you live in some rural area where there are leaks in the groundwater and whatnot, use your discretion.010 Reply- +1 y
Two one hour work outs spread between rowing machines treadmills and leg toners lifing 60kgs and riding my horses for two hours each time three times a week (fast work trotting cantering jumping etc and she's a handful) i get given a proper lunch by my mum but my friends eat it for me, i eat the high energy food to keep me awake from 11-3

I was right. You're not eating nearly enough. It sounds like you are putting in HARD work at the gym... not just lazily moving from machine to machine. 130 kg is not a bad weight- I'm guessing you're doing a leg press? and you're at the gym every day? Then you ride horses two hours a day for 6 days out of the week, correct?
You need to be eating A LOT more. Make sure that you eat meat as that will be crucial for your diet- otherwise you'll have to eat more veggies or whatever else to make up for it. DO NOT allow your friends to eat your lunch. Eat it yourself because you will absolutely need it.
Follow the diet I've prescribed to you and I dare say an extra "snack" may do you some good. A Snack can be a fruit, bowl of fruit, another sandwich, handful of nuts, etc. - +1 y
Taking naps during the day is not necessarily a bad thing, especially for busy people like you. Taking a quick 30 minutes to yourself after lunch will help you continue your day as opposed to eating "high energy" foods or drinking coffee, which I abhor.

The good news is that you can stay healthy with exercise!
The bad news is what's happening to your body is completely natural, probably genetic, and really cannot be averted. Reducing your food intake will only make this process worse, eat as normal, try to increase your exercises but understand that as women grow older a lot of them do happen to "fill out" with or without their permission. Being healthy is far more important than trying to combat genetics because you will lose and generally speaking attempting to combat with dietary changes only makes you lose even more ( or rather, gain more weight than you would have normally ) so stay steady, find a means of exercise such as Yoga or Tai Chi or something like that, and accept the storm that's going to come.05 Reply- +1 y
I feel another starvation diet and i workout twice weekly burning around 1000cls a time and i ride three times a week, how am i still gaining weight

As you become an adult woman your body will force you to gain weight and refusing and fighting it will only make the starvation portions of the body react even more causing the hypothalamus to potentially raise your baseline weight meaning that you will get fatter than if you just let it happen normally.

If you know that you are having these issues and you have expressed them and no one else cares then maybe it's time you sought help by yourself.
Societal pressures are real and your case isn't stupid. You're not stupid for the thoughts. However if you know you're sick you go to the doctor when you have bronchitis, but refusing when you are playing with something far more dangerous? Now that is foolish.
People will think ill of you today but those people won't be there in ten years. Anorexia however will follow you all of your life. It is not a pool I would suggest you leave you feet submerged in because the moment you jump in like any form of mental addiction or distortion it will not end until the day you die.

HIIT (High interval intensity training)
you take ratio of full speed to normal speed time. Like if you are on treadmil, You run full speed 15 secs, rest other 45 secs. You start it with jogging for 5mims and end with jogging for 5mins and do HIIT for 15 mins taking 15:45 ratio making it total 25 mins. You can do it out while running too or on any other machine.
