How much weight can you lose in 8 weeks?

Dropped 23 lbs for a college contest once? But that all is water weight you loose big in short period of time.
And thats easy af, Throw in cardio and cut down carbs and drink gallons of water. And if you want that dry bod in two months, First month and first two weeks of next month. Increase your carb, sodiun and water intake then drop em by 70% in last two weeks. Remember, It only works while you are working out. You can't only take a diet like that without doing anything
This is a bit hard to answer because it really depends on how much body fat you have. You can lose 1KG in 1 week with proper diet and exercise but if you dont have a lot of fat to begin with you will lose muscle weight instead.
And by workout what do you mean because if you are weight lifting you will gain some weight in muscle but if you are doing strictly cardio you will burn off fat and some muscle
You can if you have a little extra, then it's a reasonable goal. But if you're already thin, then it will be much more difficult. You don't need to alter your diet and exercise so drastically. 1200 calories a day is not the healthy way. Stick to 1500 calories minimum and cut out anything that might qualify as junk food. Also, drink more water.
If you go at the healthy pace of losing 2 pounds a week, you'll lose about 16 pounds. Which is about 7 kg. Stick between 1200 and 1400 calories, eat a variety of healthy foods and exercise regularly and you'll reach your goal.
