Depends on location

I know my friends dad who makes £22k a month from property worth about £7.5M ($27k and $9.25M) this is gross so would need taxes and stuff figured out

My late antique dealer was making £70k NET from her portfolio and that was worth £60M ($87k and $75M)

Ballpark I recall was a decent property should rent for 1% of it's market value a month so using that $15k could be grossed from $1.5M but maintenance, taxes and everything else I'd lean towards $3M

No mortgages… around $4M to net $15k months after all expenses. (Taxes, emergency funds, insurance…any additional feeds that may pop up).

After taxes, repairs, court etc, almost double 15k... Most real estate profit comes in the sale but keep it in the green of course while you rent it.
