Phone and cars.
Records and cassettes. I am not so much in those new media as they are full of tracking software that spy you out.
I want my privacy and those streaming services cannot or do not want to provide anonymity to the users. They need to spy them out in order bombard them with spam mail and advertisement.
I much prefer the old fashioned way. Buying records at the record store is still the most anonymous way to get to listen to your favorite music without having to leave traces everywhere.
Oh, I forgot, I pay cash only. No tracing, no spamming, no unwanted advertisement.

Usually Spotify.
I find it on You Tube and other places. I record it directly off the internet using a app called Audacity. Audacity allows you to make it into an MP3 and I can load it on my phone.

Real music fans buy CDs and Vinyl.
Several sources... Pandora and YouTube online, car radio, and I still have a collection of music CDs.
Spotify and I hate it. I used to have YT Music and liked the controls MUCH better. Spotify's algorithm is the absolute worst!!
CD or higher. The lowest quality I like to listen to, unless it is radio, is FLAC.
