I have 30 pages of rules and 50 pages of monster definitions in my Advanced RPG game. Do you think this is enough to publish? Once i get some art and some filler content added it should be well over 100 pages.
Oh, the game plays like a Combination of Chrono Trigger and AD&D 4.0. It's pretty good balance too.

is it complete... that's what matters
it needs to be complete, then it is ready to publish
Yeah, I just need to add art and story elements now.
then get that going
Sure thing. This is the most powerful thing a small party is intended to eventually beat.

Hundred Handed Ones may wield multiple claws simultaneously which count as Pike weapons, but only get the Stat bonuses from one at a time. It takes an entire army of heroes to defeat one of these building sized behemoths.
It will take about 100 high level characters with perfect equipment working together to defeat one Hundred Handed One, but four to six mid-level characters should be able to defeat the Lich Dragon.
I will Solo the HHO... watch me
If you were a level 50 Mage with perfect equipment and the luckiest rolls ever, you could hit it with Greater Lower Resistance followed by Telekinetic Kill... but there's still a 25% chance it survives even if it fails its Magic Evade.
I redesigned HHO so they CANNOT be soloed. It will literally take 100 to 200 high level characters to defeat one of these guys now.
Hundred Handed One
Hundred Handed Ones have one hundred pike-like hands, one hundred one eyes with the biggest being on a central stalk. They are immune to most forms of damage. Hundred Handed Ones may wield multiple claws simultaneously which count as Pike weapons, but they only get the Stat bonuses from one at a time. Hundred Handed Ones are incredibly resilient against Sleep, Slow, Stop, and Death status. When hit by those spells, only one hand is affected unless you use Mass Sleep or Mass Stop, etc. Then each Hand is entitled to a Magic Evade roll. It takes an entire army of heroes to defeat one of these Hundred Handed Ones.

It is too many. Who wants to read 30 pages of rules?
Back in the day, we had 200 pages of Star Wars rules and around 200 pages of BattleTech rules.
The Game Master is the only one who needs to know all of the rules. He helps the players create their characters and handles die rolls. This is how RPGs are always done.
Advanced Monster Hunters is a Four-Tiered RPG Engine, much like AD&D 4.0.
This is about as short as I can make it and still have a Four-Tiered Engine.
