Airbnb for boudoir photoshoot?

Hello,

I'm planning to have a boudoir photoshoot but the problem is that the photo studio of my brother isn't equipped for this since it's not his usually style of photography and I'm living in a shared flat so we cannot do it here either.

We did one shoot in the past and used a hotel but it was a bit of a pain to organise. We were thinking of just renting an Airbnb this time. Are we required to ask permission or inform the owner about our intended use? Photos will not be published anywhere if it matters.

If these aren't commercial use, I don't know wtf any contract would say about picture types that are allowed to be taken. As long as nothing is damaged.

You aren't required to ask permission. You're taking private pictures.

They know you're going to have sex there so pictures are more tame than that.

That's not the issue. Just want to make sure there is no limitations that say you cannot use the property for anything other than staying there... Sometimes there are things like that but couldn't find any information
