Am I wrong for liking to party and drink beer and smoke some doob? because I am having fun?

Is having fun wrong? Is getting a little tuned up wrong if I am not hurting anyone? I am smiling and having a blast listening to music that sounds even better when I am tuned up , as well as bullshitting with friends and laughing over dumb shit , does that make me a bad person? If it does then , I’m sorry i guess I am bad for enjoying it I don’t do it everyday , but when I do do it , I think to myself why is this considered bad because
I could do this everyday? When I it makes me happy as can be? I work my ass off pay my bills
And I am perfectly capable of supporting myself and others, if need be , but drinking beer and smoking weed makes me bad? I don’t get it? Someone please help me of this is wrong to do? I know there are people that are clean and sober but I honestly see no fun in that , sorry

Exactly. I like to get drunk and go club once a week. Although I've actually stopped/cut down cos I'm enjoying getting drunk at home with my friends with benefits/boyfriend whatever he is I don't know anymore. But do you know how many times I've heard the "your 46 and going club like a teenager? Grow the fuck up" ugh.. why? Why should I "grow up" if growing up means acting boring and dull and never doing anything fun?

I been trying weed lately with my whatever-he-is. Not a lot. Just like one. Whiskey is my poison and I'm happy with sticking to just that. I like loud music, dancing, letting go of my stresses and worries. Why should age come into it? a lot of people at the club are actually quite nice and accepting and dance with me or become my club friends (aged under 25). I get hit on by guys under 25 a lot too. I try not to hook up tho. But sometimes I do.

Rest of the time I'm studying, going work, keeping house. So I think I'm a responsible person when I have to be. I'm looking for a guy boyfriend wise on same level as me. Someone who can be responsible yes but also let go and be fun and not give a shit what other people think of that.

Yea if I was drinking and smoking weed every day , then yes I would admit I have a problem , but I only get tuned up once a week sometimes twice a week depending on what’s going on , I don’t get obligated drunk ,’but I do like getting buzzed , it makes me feel happy and relaxed especially after a work week on my days off. Once in awhile I go to a bar with friends’ but I prefer drinking at home with friends so I don’t have to worry about anything really , if I do go out to drink , I am responsible, I won’t get behind the wheel drunk , so I don’t get plastered when I am out unless I have a designated driver or I take an Uber , which I barely ever do. I like girls’ that know how to sit back and relax as well that like to have some drinks as well , I won’t stay in a relationship with a girl that thinks having a few beers it’s the worst thing ever , I already experienced those relationships and they didn’t go well lol. The way I look at life is we are all going to die of something , so just have fun and be responsible about it , I love the taste of craft beer and I like the buzz it gives , if I smoke weed , I will only do a few puffs and stop myself because I don’t like getting bombed , ,

Haha I seem immune from weed or at least I'm not sure what it's supposed to feel like? I want to know what a "buzz" feels like other than alcohol buzz. We are never to old to learn things, try things. I think the day a person thinks they know everything or enough of everything to not bother anymore is day they are "old" and I mean mentally. Cos body age means nothing. It's our mental capacity for fun, laughter and life that keeps is young. And nicer to be around. Like I bet one of your moody exes.. she could be 30 but if she's nagging and boring and moody she might as well be "an old woman".
