You can hear the music blasting from the inside walls can’t hear the words but the sound that’s like almost everyday thing they are Mexicans not trying to be mean but it’s just so annoying are they aloud to play music?

Oh, I  hate  that shit! They may, or may not, be breaking local laws by having their music up that long, and for that long. Most places have ordinaces concerning loud music. If they are playing it too loud, that may be against the law. Most locations also have laws about how late they can make noise. The first, and best option, would be to have an adult politely ask them to keep the noise level down, if possible. Failing that, you can most definitely call the police on them.

Most municipalities have a disturbing the peace statutes that are most often in effect from 6AM-10PM. It might seem a bit heavy handed to involve the cops but it will at least serve notice.

Have you tried simply telling them and suggesting a time after which the music should be turned down?

If you have tried all the friendly ways, you can go to war with them by filming 5 or 6 videos showing the time and the noise, sue them and get a judgment, then put a lien on their house so they can't sell their house or refinance without paying you first, plus interest.

How they can settle this? Knock it off with the music.

Have a lawyer do the settlement so if they start up again with the music, you can put the lien back on the house, and this time, no settling.

You can't do much about it depending on the hours this is occurring. Here, we also play loud music every day, but we turn it down later in the evening.

When I lived in an apartment building I had neighbors that would have parties at all hours. One night I want down to the basement and shut the circuit breakers off for that apartment. The noise stopped and I do not know if they figured out whet happened and took the hint but the parties stopped after that

If they're playing it loud enough to disturb you they're disturbing the peace which most places have laws against, here they're not aloud to play music thst loud aftrr 11:00 pm or beford 7:00 am

Here we have a quiet hours law from 22 until 6 (some places 7) in the morning. The police usually gives two warnings, if they have to come a third time it will end in an arrest.

Call the chops and have them tell them to turn it down if it's late. If you live in the US, most cities have a noise ordinance that says no loud noise between 10pm and 8am
