Do you have at least one “ugly Christmas sweater”?

I never would have guessed this would become a trend; entire parties that revolve around Christmas sweaters, usually silly and often ugly. The market is booming. Pretty much everyone who sells clothing has a seasonal line of Christmas sweaters. Even some companies that don’t specialize in clothing are in on the trend! What about you? Do you have an ugly Christmas sweater? Did you buy it yourself or was it a gift? Have you ever gone to one of those parties?

I do not own one. My oldest son has two and my wife buys a new one every year.

How did you escape the trend so far? Seems like it’s closing in on you!

I wrap all the presents and do all the shopping and deal with my daughter's clothes for recitals and such. My wife, therefore, takes one for the team and goes to all the ugly sweater parties! :)

Yes I have a ugly sweater, I bought it at Walmart. I wore it to a party and afterwards everyone complimented it and laughed about it.

Are you going to get one?
I’ve considered getting a Christmas sweater, but not necessarily an ugly one. There are some really clever “Star Wars” ones that i kinda really want! Ha! I don’t think they’re ugly, but beauty IS in the eye of the beholder.

I own one, but i’ve never worn it. It was a gift and it’s nice, i guess. But i also don’t do sweaters. Ell oh ell!
