Might be a good idea to get a couple friends, family or your SO (if you have one) to participate in helping you, the fight is always easier with people by your side.

Shut em out. They are not being helpful. Tell your boyfriend what you need from him.

Worse comes to worse, get professional help. And might be a good idea to look for new social circles and communities with people who have had your issue before. They can sympathise and support you through your journey.
