We’re three years together, loving relationship. However for New Year I invited my girl friend but she refused as its boring she said, she prefer pub with her family. She said either her and my parents to stay over New Year but I chose my parents, but called my mom a b*tch controlling me. She regrets and says sorry afterwards though and will never say it again.

She sounds like she may just be stressed, if this has never happened before with your family then she may just prefer being with her family for traditional family reason and wants you to come along. I'd remind yourself of this, but if this type of thing keeps happening I'd have an honest conversation about her about the broader topic like her values, if she closes it down especially aggressively even if your gentle with it and try to be indirect then I'd see this as a red flag to move on, she may not like your mum (sometimes this kind of thing can happen).

Break up, but not for what she called your mom. Forcing people to choose between them and family, especially in situations like this where it is 100% unnecessary is a ridiculous situation to put someone in. And once it happens once and she gets away with it, then she will probably continue to force you to do the same and before you know it, you've given up a lot for someone who is going to try and control you for the rest of your life. She doesn't exactly sound like wife material, if after three years she would rather be in a pub because it's more fun. Consider whether you can see a future with her and whether it's time to move on to someone else you can see one with, if that's what you're looking for.

That one's probably unforgivable. Even if you ignore the name calling, consider the hypocrisy. She calls your mom controlling but she is trying to control you by forcing you to choose between you and your family. And don't assume that'll stop there. She will probably continue to force choices like that on you.
