Would a man marrying a transwoman be considered a same sex (gay) marriage or a heterosexual relationship?

I think it would depend on whether the trans person had legally changed their gender.
However, the man would still be marrying someone with XY sex chromosomes and so ultimately, from a biological standpoint, it would still be homosexual.
I don't know. That kinda falls in a grey area with me. It could be same sex or not. So the best I can say Maybe?
It's same-sex marriage. Are you kidding me? Its a man with a man pretending t be genetically a woman.
Better question, who cares? Why is anyone holding reality up to abstract terminology?
As long as they love each other, does it really matter?

My marriage is technically a same-sex marriage as my transgender wife's is still legally "male".
He would consider himself straight.
Why do we care so much about the logic?
