For men willing to put a ring on a transwoman finger and marry her, would the wedding be considered a same sex marriage or a heterosexual marriage?

I think it would depend on whether the trans person had legally changed their gender.
However, the man would still be marrying someone with XY sex chromosomes and so ultimately, from a biological standpoint, it would still be homosexual.
