So... A married lady works together with me , I am married too though, she often seriously and jokingly tells me that I looks alike a famous and very good looking actor ( he is pakistani actor by the way ) , I feel some shy when she tells me that..
Why she compare me with that actor and always call me with his name.

I believe if a married woman is flirting with a man, she’s not receiving the attention she desires from her husband. As women we have emotional needs. When they’re not met, it means there’s something going on in her marriage. Women don’t intentionally go out of there way for attention from other men UNLESS they aren’t getting the attention they desire at home.

What could that be? Could be a number of things.

But her giving you the attention she is, is because she has a roaming eye because her needs aren’t being met.

Has she communicated them? Who knows. But she needs too. Because flirting that leads on for awhile can turn into something more over time.
