I rarely ever see a man who makes more than 120k absolutely insist on a housewife. Its always men who make 40k to 100k who absolutely are obsessed with housewives

From what I see, women whose husbands make a big paycheck elect not to work and instead go play tennis, go shopping or hang out at the club with their friends who also have husbands that are also high earners.

from what i've seen, rich men never force their wives to stay home. they don't care if their wives chose to work.

because it takes a special type of lazy to want to do absolutely nothing in life.

Free time always starts out as very nice.

but over time, you realize you run out of things to do, sitting on the couch wondering about what to do next, nothing stimulating happens, everyone is at work so nobody has time for you during day times.

its a very torturous life.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life constantly thinking about what I should do next or sitting there doing nothing

As for work, if you enjoy what you do, it may be a very stimulating, rewarding life. You might even have fun, learn new things, talk to new people, meet new people

My daughter worked at the YMCA when she was in college. She knew many women who were wealthy and just played tennis and hung out with her rich friends., For a while she dated her son. He was a spoiled rich kid.

This is a fancy YMCA in a affluent town. It is nicer than a lot of gyms I have belonged to.

Wealthy people pay 500 to 1000 a month for equinox memberships. They dont need to be going to free places like the YMCA.. Maybe they're just upper middle class, not worth millions

over here the YMCA, is near free. I believe like 50 bucks a year membership or something. its facilities are awful

This was a fancy tennis club and the YMCA bought it and put a big addition on it. It really is a nice facility.

In my income bracket I mostly see wives wanting to be housewives because their husbands can afford it.

They have a nice life, playing tennis etc.

Most stay home moms don't play tennis or have tea parties, they stay home doing nothing, sit in front of the tv, do laundry, cook, go shopping. Then pick the kids up from school. Barely any opportunity to make new friends since most of society is away at work during mornings and afternoons.
