My boyfriend is a party pooper, should I be upset with him?

SO I have been planning my birthday party for a month now and my friend offered to throw it at her crib. The last time we hung out there was a big fight with my boyfriend and after that she said he was to never come over again. Well he said he would apologize and that I should still have the party even though he can't go. I asked him if it was alright that I stay the night at my friends house because I don't want to drink and drive or call someone late at night to pick me up. I had asked his mother to babysit our daughter this night but now I expect him to. He told me he doesn't want me staying the night cause I probably plan to hook up with another guy and I told him that its not my fault he's not going. He told me that it wasn't that important to be there. Should I be upset? This party means a lot to me because I never get to go out because I take care of my daughter. he is throwing it in my face and acting jealous and I am just trying to keep the peace so he will watch the baby.

yes you should be upset.. he's just being selfish. just uhh make sure you don't hook up with another guy. I don't think that's a good idea, and you probably shouldn't have said that its not your fault he's not there.. maybe "i wouldn't do that anyways" would have been a better response lol

well yea I told him I wouldn't. I'm not that kinda girl. I have a family with my boyfriend I'm not gonna mess that up.
