Should I add it, or should I save it for next year?

I’m giving my best friend a manicure, a pedicure, home baked chocolate muffins (or a chocolate pudding); and a Christmas mug and Christmas socks for Christmas. Everything but the mani pedi are cheap. My friend has simple tastes. Is all of that enough, or should I add a baby blue duvet cover as well, that I bought at a market? All of this adds up to $98.50. Should I add the duvet cover for an extra $10, or save it for next year?
