For me the two languages I can't STAND to hear are Vietnamese and German. lol sorry.
But two accents from the languages I love to hear are French, and Spanish. What about you?
I'm not particularly a fan of Hispanic accents. I'm from Texas so there is a high population of people with English as a secondary language. Through work and everything I have to deal with a lot of these people and their accent is so thick I have a very hard time understanding them. This gets rather annoying to me.
My girlfriend speaks french, and although the accent doesn't come through when she speaks English, I absolutely love when she speaks french. It just sounds romantic and seductive.
Arab accents I find are very abrasiveness and "spitish". I don't find it pleasing to my ears. Same thing with German. I love french and Canadian English accents because french accents remind me of my childhood and family while Canadian accents remind me of my home city and friends.
I hate Chinese/Japanese accents (No offence, I just think they're annoying.) and I don't really like the southern accent (Like saying ain't and not using proper grammar. I've gotten used to y'all so that's not that bad.)
Ironically, I'm Asian myself and I live in Texas...lol.(:
I loooove Australian accents.
Other than that though, accents aren't a big deal. A guy with no particualar accent is just as sexy as one that does have an accent. (:
I cannot stand the British English accent... or Australian and New Zealand.
I hold no grudge against the peopl, and I am polite whenever I cross paths with those who bear them... but deep down I am cringing.
Accents that I favor?
Italian, Greek, Irish, German, Norwegian, Russian, a handful of American English-- basically any, granted that they give a wide berth to what I mentioned in the beginning.
i like all accents! mines very English, and I get a lot of mixed opinions on whether English is a nice accent or not haha. I love french and south african accents. I'm not a fan of some german dialects as they can sound a bit harsh, and some cheesy American accents. but to be honest they make a person who they are and I wouldn't dislike someone because of their accent! haha

I loveee australian accent! I don't really specifically hate any accent, except mine. I am from an all spanish speaking city in Colorado, then I moved to an all English speaking part of New York. I was 5 when I moved, so I still have a spanish accent. But it's a weird mix of New York and Spanish lol. And it kinda sounds wackyy.
Welsh accent is probably the most offensive sound that can come out of a person's mouth. There's just something about is that is so repellent and devoid of any sensuality. I'm not a fan of Scottish, Irish, Scouse, and a lot of English accents too. The Southern American one is pretty hideous too.
I have a bit of a soft spot for American and Canadian ones. It's pathetic, but I can't help it :(
Two girls in my psych classes both have this Spanish accent that drives me NUTS. Seriously, it makes me horny. And I'm not bi. Seriously. So sexy.
I know what you're thinking mister :o
LOL!Interesting
I love all accents. They each tell a story and have lots of history behind it.There's not one accent out there that I hate. I dislike when a person fakes an accent because we all know that you were just speaking without one last week LOL. So I simply hate fake accents I guess lol.
LOVE LOVE: UK English Accents & Australian accents.
I can't say I really hate any accent but I'm not a big fan of russian accents and most Asian accents make me laugh---(like indian or chinese) --sometimes they are so adorable though.
I love the sound of western British accents. And french accents. [:
I'm not a big fan of really heavy "down south" accents you might find in southern states of the US, like Louisiana or Oklahoma. I wouldn't say I hate them though.
Oh, Eastern* Sorry..
When I talked to two British people, one was some town more towards the east. I loved his accent.
Another was more from the west, I believe, and his accent sounded kinda of like an irish accent, which was fine.. But I preferred the other one's accent much more.
I like: French, Spanish, Boston(I'm sorry I think it's hilarious), British, Island(Jamaican, Barbadian), Aussie, Italian
I can do without: the South(mainly because my family is from the South and I can't stand them regardless), Korean...yeah sorry.
I love Japanese and Russian but I can't stand some British accents not all but just some which I actually admit is kinda weird
favorites! <3 spanish (specifically puerto rican) & not much of an out of the norm accent but the country accent is hot.
dislike: English & the spain spanish.. just not my thing. lol
yes women do pay attention to accents more often than men do. the accent I can absolutely never stand is Indian and Chinese accents.
the accents I love British and Canadian Accents.
I drool over Australian, Spanish, and Scottish accents. lol. I also love when Americans have a Southern accent. :) Recently, I've been finding French sexy because I heard Bradley Cooper speaking fluent French in an interview.
omg I LOVED that interviewww.
I love the british and italian accent :)) both sounds very... sexy? uhh...well, kinda hard to describe but I absolutely love it!
In response to your update: It's obvious that women are pretty picky everything (not just the accent preferences), because they're shallow. Shallower than a kiddy pool in a drought. LOL I'm just messing.
I love Russian. I pretty much love all accents but the aussie accent get's annoying sometimes.
I love the british accent! I also find Irish and Scottish quite charming.
haha, sorry about making assumpionts then! I quite like the Yorkshire accent (been living there) and Newcastle (guess that's in yorkshire or in the north but oh well.. can't be accurate about everything) and then of course oxford English.. haa. With scottish I quite like the harsh Glasgow accent, and then just the irish accent in general (know there are big differences between north and south but oh well)..
i LOVE LOVE LOVE Jamaican accents. and Spanish.
i can't stand the deep southern accents, where they sound all hillbilly, saying "ain't" and talking improperly.
Heavy Russian accents drive me absolutely INSANE. Australian accents, on the other hand, I can't get enough of :D
Hahaha Thanks I'm Australian :P
I enjoy Japanese,England,Spanish and Barbadian accents the most.I have not really found one I dislike it's just the ones I mention stand out the most.
Annoying: British accent, Polish and french, swedish
Sexy: Spanish, Russian, and rumanian
