  But in a way there is no "we" as there are billions of people who you will never deal with. You can still make a positive impact on those around you, and yourself. But yeah, there's a lot of sadness in the world and I don't think that will ever change without changing society and our economic systems as we know it today.

i dont remember when was the last time i liked a take on this site. first good one in a long time. and believe me there are a lot and even greater feats than those you describe. i liked particularly the awesome officer that saved the man's life.
