None of those are valid reasons, all of these apply to almost any pet. You what cats have but other pets don't? Toxoplasmosis. Cats are selfish and opportunistic animals. I'd rather have a loyal dog or a bird.

  You're talking about toxoplasmosis, which is actually caused by a parasite (toxoplasma gondii) and not a virus. It's part of the healthy gut flora in cats, so they won't become immune to it.
