Are most 17 year old boys mature?

There's this guy I know and he's mature and behaves maturely. But just wondering are most 17 year old boys mature?

I will say though, at 17 I knew right from wrong and i was aware that I was doing more illegal things than legal, and at least waited till the wee hours of the night for illicit behavior, but it's just a part of being that age and I'm glad I got it all out of my system back then.

Ahahahahahahaha, no. They sure as hell aren't. Especially not when it comes to sex, and relationships. Don't expect anything serious from a 17yo, and don't do ANYTHING you're not ok with him telling his bros (which will then be told to their bros)

In the grand scheme of things, it's safe to say that a 17 year old is not particularly mature. But some 17 year olds are relatively mature for their age.

Well I wouldn't say im mature but I am definitely not childish. It's more so leaning against mature but I still act like a bit of a child sometimes. It depends how you define maturity I guess.

There is a scientific theory that says that the human, both male and female (I know, there are other genders but lets stick to just plain male/female) brain does not fully mature until the age of 26. That's one of the reasons why you lose your health insurance here. I'm not sure completely what the theory says but, that's mainly what it's about. That people are not fully mature, until 26. Even if they "act" it, or "say they are". I'm 25, will be 26 in March

They need to get away from school before they start maturing.. once you're out of school you see how childish school is. I would even include college in there. Get into the real world (business, away from parents, paying your own bills, etc.)...
