Should I just kill my roommate's dog already?

I really wanna just give my roommate's dog some anti-freeze and get it over with.

There are three dogs but the one just barks at every little thing and it has a really loud bark. I fucking hate that dog. Every day it wakes up me barking at shit. I have to go close the blinds every single day or it's barking every 5 minutes.

I can't go up to my roommate and be like, "hey can you put a shock collar on your dog?" cuz if he hasn't already done that, why would he do it for me

You could talk to your roommate about it, and if he doesn't do anything then tell the house owner.
You could show some affection towards it, if a dogs bark that much it must be bored.

I don't know why people would have pets when they don't care for them. I want a little chihuahua, but I'm not getting one until I'm settled.
Like I said you could show its affection, like take them out for walks. It is their responsibility but if you don't want to confront the roommate then you need to be creative of solving the problem.
