This guy pretends to look down at his phone when we pass eachother?

Alright so this guy used to like me, don't know if he still does. I liked him too (and still do) but I got so nervous around him that I would get really quiet so he thought I wasn't interested and gave up on me.

It's been like 7 months since then, and now we don't talk anymore. Whenever I walk past him he either looks at the ground or pulls out his phone and pretends to look down at it.

I know he's pretending because of me. The past 5 or 6 times I've passed him in the hall he was looking down at his phone avoiding eyecontact, and it was just us 2 in the hall. Then when we passed each other and I looked back he wasn't looking at it anymore - he was looking up again.

I understand he's doing this because it's almost like I rejected him (BY ACCIDENT). So obviously it might be a little awkward seeing me. But does the fact he's still so shy about it after all these months mean he still has feelings for me?

Do you really want to go through life wondering how great it might have been like if you weren't afraid to live it? I mean, listen to yourself. You admit there's a guy who is most certainly interested in you, and you admit you're interested in him. Yet you're content to wonder the halls tripping over your own swollen tongue and thus assuring the both of you to be miserable. Are you waiting for some guy to toss you in a headlock, drag you back to his cave, and chain you to a kitchen appliance? C'mon girl, life is for the living! Get a life.

girl, corner him when you both walk past each other again and kiss him or something to break down his guarded defenses. or rip the phone from him and threaten him to pay you some attention lol and speak to each other.
