Uneven nostrils after hump removal surgery? Why?

I had my bump/hump removed through an incision in the nose. One of my nostrils look completely bigger than the other and the tip looks on an angle and so does the skin between the nostrils. Why?

Looks like its just swollen, I think your fine just give it a little while and it will be back to normal.

Nope but many an injury and the way it was shaped looked like swelling.

It looks to me like it is just swollen. I don't think there's any structural damage.

You're my online doctor haha, thank you. Obviously swelling in the tip takes a long time to fully heal but by what week do you believe it should look "normal" ?

Lol. It's my passion, that's why I am in medical school. The tip is tricky, there's been cases where the tip didn't soften up and go back to normal for over a year. But in those cases, tip work was done. You simply had a closed rhinoplasty with no tip work so I'd probably say 2 months.

It's not though, trust me. He didn't do any work to your cartilage. All he did was lower the bump.
