Does anyone know how to get rice out of a headphone Jack?

about a week ago I dropped my tablet in water cause I was in a rush cause my brother said that the annoying old lady was calling the cops on him and his friends and me being the protective sister I am I was going to handle mostly yell at her for always caling the cops for no reason and I just don't like her cause of what she accused me of last year but anyway I was going to "handle" the situation and I forgot to lock my tablet cause my friends we're there and I don't want them going through my conversations and stuff so I went back cause it literally takes like 2 seconds to lock so I had one of my friends hand it to me and I locked and kinda threw my tablet but it missed and fell in big ass puddle of water and I put it in rice so that it would dry it and hopefully save my tablet which it did but now there is rice in my headphone Jack and I can't get it out. I was texting my boyfriend on my phone but he doesn't know a way to get it out...

Might be difficult. Rice has probably swollen up with water and might be wedged tight. Try gently piercing with a long pin. It might be able to be pulled out.

Use a small drill bit that is slightly smaller than the size of the jack and drill it out by hand.
