Why my crush followed everyone but me?

We talk everyday, and I don't know if he likes me. He sometimes initiates physical contact but I don't know. I'm shy and when he said he created a IG account he show me his page but for few seconds. I didn't want to ask let me follow u or whatever because i didn't want to be obvious that I like him. But then today he follow other people and my sister but didn't follow me... My sister just posted a pic of us and she tag me there and he liked it but didn't follow me. I dont want to follow him out of nowhere either since I barley remember his username. I only know it cuz he follows my sister. Does it mean he doesn't like me?
