´´The Persians are an Indo-European people, thus related to people like Kurds and Pashtuns. Most Persians live in what is now modern Iran, though there are also communities living in Afghanistan, as well as the closely related people who live in Tadjikstan.
'Arabs' is an extremely loose and inaccurate term which is basically used to refer to anyone who speaks one of the Arabic dialects and lives in a predominantly Muslim region.
The original Arabs are those who originated in the Arabian peninsula - their language was spread across the Middle East through the spread of Islam.
Loosely speaking, non-Arab populations which spoke Semitic languages (Hebrew, Aramaic, Coptic, Assyrian, Phoenician etc.) eventually switched over to Arabic after a time while those which spoke non-Semitic languages - Persians and Turks being two notable examples - kept their original languages, albeit with many Arabic loanwords and the Arabic script.
Morrocans, Egyptians, Lebanese and Palestinians are all classed as 'Arabs', but the only thing they really have in common is a language and a religion. Their histories, genetics and origins are all different - it's every bit as misleading as lumping Mexicans, Argentinians and Peruvians under an umbrella term of 'Spaniards' on the basis that the majority of them speak Spanish and practice Catholicism.
On a side note, a sad irony in the Israel/Palestine conflict is that Israelis and Palestinians have more genetically in common than the hatemongers on either side would care to admit. The 'Khazar converts' and 'transplanted Jordanians' myths are precisely that - myths. The truth is that many modern day Palestinians are descended from Jews who remained in the area and later converted to Islam/Christianity.´´ -Quora
Arabs, in general, are well known for having big almond eyes (doe eyes too), with long thick lashes, arched eyebrows, the bone structure differs from the Persian one. Arabs usually have strong features. Also the nose, Arabs usually have a straight sharp nose, whereas Persians are known for having hook noses which end up in a nose job (this is no joke). Bone structure of a typical Arab:

Well Persians don't usually wear arabic clothes and they are shia muslim compared to the rest of the arabs world who are sunni. They speak Persian. But physical appearance I think I might have a hard time seeing differences even thought I have a Persian friend...
