Is this body unattractive? This is my body type and I don't wanna wear a bikini to the beach and people stare or be grossed out because of the back fat, my cellulite, big arms and much more. I'm 5'4 and 136 lbs, I'm thinking about sitting out this summer and just keeping on a hoodie.

Most people really will not care about those things. Most will feel indifferent about those features and dome might feel attracted to it and some might not. I've seen so many questions online similar to this and literally most guys and girls could careless about you having back fat or cellulite. You have an hourglass figure and be confident in it.

If you're Just going to the beach to swim and whatever then it's Just fine. If you're going to hit on men then it is a slight turnoff if they have leaned out for the beach
