Doesn't it mean that he thinks of women as inferior to men?
He also calls women Goddesses.
He's making a lot of broad generalizations. While the things he said might as well be backed up by statistics (I don't know whether that's the case), his opinion doesn't seem very educated but rather an emotional response. Which is ironic given that he calls women emotional.
I might be wrong but I remember reading somewhere that a smaller brain is actually a sign of intelligence. And the fact that a great deal of inventions was patented by men doesn't have a direct correlation to the intelligence of men or women. There are a lot of factors that play into why men have been able to come forth with all these inventions and women haven't. These are just some things that stood out to me.
I don't think it's appropriate for a teacher to talk about his opinions as facts without backing it up with scientific evidence (research etc). I don't know if that was the case but because you mentioned that he's a teacher, I assumed this was a teaching situation. I'm not saying that he's wrong about everything but I think there's a clear bias behind his words.
Dear gosh, what kind of teacher is this? How did he even get hired?
I don't think women are inferior; why would we be? Different, yes, but I think those differences make us inferior, we offer a different perspective and can fill different roles. Yes, we can be more emotional, and physically, we might be weaker (though one can strength train and do physically demanding jobs), but why are we deeming a gender as inferior due to natural things that we cannot change, that don't affect our ability to interact with each other or do great things in this world? 🤔
@cavmanier perhaps, but I still disagree with some of his statements.
The irony is that he calls women Goddesses!
Mostly correct. Though women aren't exactly less intelligent. The average is about equal. There are just more morons and geniuses among men while women remain msotly in the area of being averagein intelligence.
Other than that:
- Yes, women are more emotional
- Yes, emotions interferes with decisionmaking
- Yes, most female leaders are horrible
- Yes, Women do tend to get scared more easily
- Yes, women are physically weaker, slower and shorter (on average)
- Yes, womens brains are smaller (on the bright side - the brainhalves are better interconnected)
- Yes, men created most inventions
- Yes, men built and maintain through blue collar work
- Yes, women shouldn't be in police or firefighters - at least not when physical strength is a requirement (something like conservation of evidence would be an ok field for women)
Who teaches that shit? May I ask where you're from? I mean, there is one little side of me that we don't raise daughters in a way that toughens them up as much as men are (though I question the upbringing of men too these days). We might have a bias there. And I think it ought to be fixed. But everything else is faggot talk.
I'm from India, and this teacher is very religious, he believes in Adam and Eve story, too.
Oh I see, it's like half a century ago United States. Maybe you can raise your hand and ask about his homosexuality. Like does he like to fuck men in the ass? Because he sounds like it. I do agree on one fundamental concept that mental toughness training is not applied to women, but that's a sociological issue, not a biological issue.
Ha...
He has a wife and two children...
Ha...
He has a wife and two children...
Yet the irony is he calls us 'Goddesses'.
By the way it's a girls only class.
Feels so weird when he calls us Goddesses.
He thinks women are inferior then why would he call them Goddesses.
He's this type as far as I can tell:
apps.carleton.edu/.../1486744.jpg
That "romantic chivalrous" faggot type who probably hardly ever knew women up close, and judged so quickly. While he's kissing his wife's feet and buying the stuff on her grocery list, he's trying to compensate teaching bullshit to girls to make him feel better about his manhood given his inferiority complex. That's what I suspect anyway.
Again I think feminism is bullshit. But anyone in a teaching position who teaches this sort of shit is one helluva faggot if you ask me. And I really think you should be asking him if he likes to take it up the ass or give it to the ass with his male-worshiping, antisocial, juvenile bullshit.
But again don't mistake me for feminist. I am anti-feminist. But I also taught before, and anyone who thinks they can teach this sort of stuff is going to have huge problems with me if they met me in person.
The true counter-point to all of this is to judge *individuals*. Not black, white, something in between, male, female, whatever. If they're good for the job, they're good for the job and the employer profits from making a good decision. If they aren't, they aren't. It's that simple. That's the solution. But I think your teacher was brought on fairy tales. And he's full-of-shit.
While he also says things sometimes like 'Man rules the world, woman rules the man', he also says those things I wrote. Can't understand him haha...
Sorry, I became a bit belligerent and drunk with my answer last night. :-D There are undeniable biological differences between the sexes like increased muscle mass and bone density in men, increased hip flexibility in women, vastly increased grip strength, on average, in men. You also tend to find more variation of traits in men (a wider variation of height from shortest to tallest, a greater variation in IQ, etc). Men tend to be more systematic in their thinking, women more empathetic (and this expresses itself from infancy). And there are practical differences that affect us regularly like menstrual cycles in women.
These differences should be acknowledged but your teacher is going far beyond observation and trying to prescribe and justify the most backwards, collectivist types of views of men and women and what they should and shouldn't do.
It shouldn't be about men vs. women. It should be about what individual is best suited for a job based on their individual qualities.
And for things like intelligence, it does appear to be the case that there are far more men with the highest ranges of IQ than woman. However, men also occupy the lowest IQ ranges; while more men are geniuses, there are far more men that have severe mental disabilities.
Yet something to slap over the head of your teacher is the fact that the person with the highest IQ ever known was a woman: Marilyn vos Savant.
And that's getting to the heart of what I'd suggest instead. If we were to, say, hire people just based on general differences observed between sexes and races and so forth, then we would overlook someone like Marilyn vos Savant. We could overlook some of the finest.
So the whole goal should be to look at individuals more than their genitalia or skin color or whatever. What irritates me so much is that your teacher isn't some random 14-year old boy (I might forgive one) with such crude conjectures, but one in a teaching position.

Not true even though women are more emotional its not a bad thing at all. Because of this a women can take better care of a child and is more empathetic and sympathetic. I think men and women are different this doesn’t make one sex better that the other though
To clarify things, what he meant by "man rules the world, woman rules the man," is that men hold women in higher regard and protect them (or at least they should), but that men confront the dangers out in the real world so that women don't have to.
But to answer your question, no, they aren't inferior, it's more like separate but equal. I don't know many women who would be able to lift a case of shingles up a ladder to repair a roof, or have the mental or physical grit to handle someone physically attacking them. But I do know plenty of women who can out smart men, and figure out these crazy schemes to get other people to give them what they want.
I believe in equality, true equality not special treatment or current feminist beliefs. Each gender has pros and cons but each individual can also not fit into some of those pros and cons. Some men are weaker then other some women are stronger then men. Not all men and women are created equal. Now should a women who is emotional and have issues and can't handle stress well be a leader probably not but the same goes for men.
Somehwhat i agree with him but that doesn't mean that women are inferior, without women we would of not have achieved all this, she's the love, the joy, the happiness, the care giver... etc
If women cannot live without men then men cannot also live without women...
Men can be very emotional. Men can be weak. Plus men can have horrible tempers and are more violent and get mad which can make them irrational
What a sexist, misogynistic asshole
I believe we're all equal, men have some advantages over women just like women have some advantages over men. Without the other, we wouldn't be here.
Men and women bring different qualities to the table. It doesn't mean one is either superior or inferior to the other.
Your teacher is a moron. Unfortunately there are a lot of teachers who are morons. There are also a lot of textbooks written by morons. Not to mention all the mistakes in texts. So never assume either one is right. Always question it.
Men and women are not equal. I agree with some of what he said, but other things he said I disagree with.
I’m neutral both men and women can play any role in society if they work for it
well when it comes to taking care about kids and emotional help , men are inferior , in some stuff women are inferior , in some other men.
Borat said it best!
Think about this: how can you "oppress" more than half of the population if you're not superior to them? By women claiming they're oppressed, aren't they admitting inferiority?
What a moron he is
Stand up against him. Teach him a lesson
Women are not inferior to men
Where you live, the Middle East?
That teacher is an idiot who should be fired
I bet that he is one of those sexist religious nuts who would be happy to live in Saudi Arabia
Certainly Not.
Ah, you are getting blue downvotes.
He's an old-school chauvinist pig, that's all.
Most women agree with that.
Your teacher is a moron
