What are some good punishments for losing a bet between friends and/or a couple?

Me and my friends use one which is basically the person who won gets to send two texts out to a contact in the loser's phone and the loser has to pretend that they sent the text for a day or two (keep in mind not to send anything that could actually hurt someone)
