I don't like the idea at all. It's not safe especially if you think you are alone in there and a creeper comes in.
Vaginas in one bathroom, penises in the other, until you get the sex change.

I've been to unisex toilets. Never a coed changing room. So i guess that can work too.

If it's cubicles so each person can change in private and go to the bathroom in their own stall, then I wouldn't have a problem with it! 😊
I have been through a lot of sexual trauma and personally it's hard enough for me to change in front of women.
I guess people will get used to it eventually. Or you'd see some guys trying to hide their boners.
I am against it solely for the fact that if I ever accidentally looked at a woman who was changing I'd probably get labeled a pervert or possibly even assaulted. If people are able to hold off accusations then I would be fine with it.

If the bathroom had stalls I'm not against it but I wouldn't want guys oggle at me when I'm changing clothes that gets weird fast
