Sounds like depression to me.
What helps me feel better is forcing myself to do productive things. Make yourself take a shower, eat a good breakfast, and exercise.
It does sound as if you have depressive thoughts. However, the sadness/depression/severe depression continuum is a very long one.
I would suggest an evaluation by a Psychologist and to go from there.
Fuck you know your feeling depressed when nothing seems to make you feel happy at all. However that's not to say that you're always unhappy it just means you need to smoke a little ganja and then see how you're feeling after that. Don't be afraid of a little smoke it won't kill you Dr. Lorenzo's advice turn that frown upside down.👍

I used to have this happen to me a lot. Whenever I would get some good news or something positive happened in my life and immediately I’d have negative thoughts enter my mind. It was like I was incapable of naturally feeling happy.
If you feel like you're not motivated enough to do anything including daily chores, you either sleep too much or sleep less, want to keep away from interacting with people, and you've got no appetite then you you're probably depressed.
If summarised and we conclude this para to one word “non attachment” then only read this text further otherwise if the condition is of desires but helpless to get, if the condition is of knowing the truth, know ones own primary job but finding it difficult to accept or do it then don’t read this text.
If you just believe you are then of course you would be. If it really is an illness, there's no such thing as bacteria or viruses that can cause depression but it's all caused by your thoughts. I mean sure you get depressed when you're sick but you're mainly diagnosed with the sickness itself not depression. So yes you know you're depressed if you just keep thinking about it.
That does sound like depression. The best thing to do is get help professional help. A session with a therapist should help you get a better understanding.
Seek professional help.
Regardless of if you are depressed or not. If you are you need help fast. If you are not you can avoid it. Either was the sooner you ask for help better the odds of you feeling better.
Most likely due to the pandemic that affected a lot of people, specially young ones. Dont worry, we all have our down moments, but if you really think you might have it, look for professional's help, a doctor or a psychologist

I guess that's really depression you even sometimes guess your existence to tgis world is worth nothing then tgat means you are really traumatized
Call and book an appointment. See some psychiatry doctor. Get diagnosed. They can help you there are treatments but you have to seek help.

Nope to this. Discussion about mental illness is a good thing. Completely normal people can experience depression and talking about it helps normalize it so people don’t feel stigmatized for needing to seek treatment be it therapy or medication.
For me, it’s when I lose interest in everything. When it gets bad I get su1c1dal so I know it’s really bad
In my opinion, It seems like you have to much idle time on your hands. Get involved in or with something. Volunteer your time. Maybe help out with a charity or less fortunate people etc.
When you don't want to wake up in the morning and legitimately just keep sleeping until you die, so you don't have to deal with the pain and effort that is gettimg up in the morning and living
I would go to your doctor, and have a referral to a psychiatrist for diagnosis and possible treatment. Sounds like anxiety and depression. I'm there too.
You are depressed you feel like you have no reason to live you feel worthiness. They way you can fight this, you need to find some hobbies yo keep you up and entertained or surround yourself woth people who are worth Ion life.
I'd keep busy and distract myself it beats laying in bed all day. A job, a hobby or a project.
I think so Depression can manifest itself in many ways but lethargy and feelings of despair/hoplessness are high on the list

Don't do this. I'm complaining about the situation I'm in because I believe everything can be fixed. I know that I can fight even the worst things that happen to me. If we're alive, we can fix anything. But if we're dead we can't fix anything. Death is the only despair and I will never kill myself. I still believe that life is beautiful.

That seems like you tick off 90% of the symptoms of depression. So I would be surprised if you aren't depressed.
Sounds like depression. Maybe a therapist could help if you want (sorry couldnt help very much)
