Cat person. Because cats have their own personality. Dogs you can pet for 23 hrs. And when you stop they'd just look at you like " why'd you stop". Cats crawl up on your lap and let you know when they want to be petted. And when they want you to stop they let you know by biting you and then run off.
Dogs are supposed to be smarter than cats but you wouldn't know it by the way they act. They certainly aren't cleaner. Cats don't bark incessantly.
Why anyone would choose a dog over a cat is beyond me.

Both, why? I grew up with pets as cats & dogs at the same time, birds, fish, turtules, ducks, chicken and no! We did't have a farm, we just love animals because they are adorable. But if you twist my arm and gave a ultimate! Cats, because they are calm, self depended and way more cuddly than dogs, they don't chew on my sneakers, they don't break stuff as much as dogs do, aaaaand their purr sound 😺 makes me feel extra fuzzy 🤷‍♂️

Both. I am an animal person. We lost our beloved Border Collie Meg a few years ago now. Not long after, we noticed a black and white cat hanging around outside. We fed it, encouraged it in to our home. Asking around the area, we understood it had been abandoned. We got him jabbed and chipped. He made himself at home with us. Been here about 4 years now.

Cats eat less and don't need to be walked to poop. A cat won't freak out if you want to go on a three day trip.

I love cats. I’ve had one ever since I was a little kid. Right now, I have a two month old orange kitten, and two five month old bicolor (white and brown with black stripes and spots) kittens. They’re a handful but they’re cuddle bugs.
