I think that whoever that person is, he/she needs to get out more. Actually leave the house, and see the real world. I play computer games too (not video games, they're too simple, not challenging enough), but I would never build up a collection like this. Besides, there are sites that allow you to download old games (which are better than the new ones anyway) for FREE.
Yes, playing computer (or video) games isn't something that only teenage boys and grown men with pimples do. :)

Look for these 2 games & Panic Restaurant 😁
I’m not the biggest gamer that ever was, but I’ve dabbled enough in my younger years to appreciate something like that. I like that first picture where it’s wicked organized and has the gaming system stenciled above each shelf. I’m sure I’d want to look through their library and maybe play some old classics👍 If it was my room though, I’d feel like I was living in a video store (remember those?) lmao
That's just like my brother place, so it's just another extreme collector. I have my fair share of games, but my room of this type isn't dedicated to games. So I wouldn't really react beyond acknowledge it. It's just normal to have a passion and this is the result if you can manage a healthy economy.

If you substitute the games for books, that was my book cases when I lived in Birmingham.
I did have a book case of PC games but donated them.
having Steam, Epic etc is soo much better as no space other than cloud and hard drive space used.I don't know why but rooms like that make me feel so overwhelmed so I wouldn't like it, like the whole anime, manga collection, etc stresses me out. I can't explain it.
Looks like my Star Wars-game-loving friends home. A power couple to be reckoned with. Best parties. She had our entire Taekwondo class over, spread around their home playing games and each beating scores. A night to remember fondly.
That's pretty cool, but I would assume the person doesn't get out much.
Aren't these just collector's items?
I haven't used CD's since years.
Do we also find floppy disks there? 🤗That's pretty cool! Now go play some video games 😉
I think extreme collection hobbies are pretty cool even if the collection isn't something I am personally interested in. Every object has a story and sometimes it's those stories that are interesting.

I would think "wow, amazing!" but at the same time I would think it was a waste of money. I mean, they might love video games and I respect that, but they could use that money to buy something else.
Honestly i can appreciate a dedicated game room. I hope the first one got plenty of nintendo ds games and a charge port for them XD
Definitely amazing. This is what always wanted, a little better with few extra touches here and there

I would RIGHT AWAY ask for permission, to do an inventory on all of it... and maybe re-organize it entirely
I wouldn't be surprised. I would not have a reaction. Because my dad had a room with lots of movie and game videos.
I think Id propose to the owner on the spot ( ° ᴗ°)~ð
’Nerd. Where are the windows?’ But I won’t say that. Instead I’ll just look in awww
I would ask if I can look around or have them tell me about their passion in detail
If you think you need a room that looks like the local DiscTraders store, there is probably a God-sized void in your life that no video game will ever fill.
Niiice.
Always nice to see people living their passion (legal passion lol)I was in a customers house that had a room like that. I just couldn't imagine the amount of money he spent on all those CDs, DVDs, and video games.
We have a gaming room similar to this! Not as fancy though.
YET.Pile of plastic trash, but at least she has a hobby.
