Most mentally retarded people who would have such thing are usually in Russia or the US. But once i saw a polish dude with that tattoo at the back of his head. And not long ago, i saw this rasta guy on holiday in Portugal with SS tattoo on his shoulder. Both times, i just thought what an absolute bellend 💭 😂😂😂
