  -Always make custody joint unless proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, that one spouse is a clear and present danger; gender is not factored in the equation.
  
  -Completely remove child support and alimony. I believe that if you choose to separate from your spouse for reasons that don't involve abuse or the like, you are not entitled to the benefits that come with being with them. If the spouse that was left decides to contribute by their own volition, they are welcome to do so but never forced.
