Are they good at detecting another psychopath or sociopath? Their own kind

Example:
Ben is a high-functioning psychopath and successful CEO. He has scammed others and used women.
He meets another woman but this one is different. She's also a high functioning-psychopath, as cold and twisted as him. Would he be able to recognize his own kind? And her?

It’s not so much “using women” as much as it is filling their Need. He may be a Humanitarian…. I know that I am🙃
