How will divorce affect your Green Card status and immigration Standing?

I think it's 5 years you have to be married. If you divorce sooner than that, you're at risk of losing it. This was implemented because too many Asian and Eastern European women were marrying American men, then divorcing them as soon as they got their greencard.
Talk to an immigration lawyer. If you are divorcing, then presumably you have a divorce attorney.

You nay want to talk to an immigration lawyer, that way you will know for sure.
Maybe someone at the immigration office could help too.
You don't want to get it wrong.
Depends, if you're here on a work visa, you'd likely be able to stay after your divorce. Better to talk to an immigration officer about this though, not GAG
Just go to Texas and pretend you're an immigrant and then you won't have to worry about anything.
Is that your current situation? Are you divorcing a US citizen? Or are you considering marrying one and then divorcing once in the country?
I believe it depends on the amount of time you lived in the US. Marriage fraud is illegal however, so that could be a reason to be thrown out.
Yes it will if you don’t have enough ears put into it
If it is a marriage visa then it will throw it into jeopardy. If not, then it shouldn't be an issue.
