Can you help me make save scars?

allright so I have a weird question and I would like an answer and tips I'm going to make real scars (no make-up) in my own face , but I don't know how to do it safely and as painlessly as possible does anyone have any tips? p. s. the reason is for my little sister she had an accident and has several scars in her face now because of this she has become very insecure so i am going to make the same scars in my face and no tattoo is not an option

I have scars all over my body. They weren't self inflicted though. They were from a motorcycle accident & the resulting surgeries.
