My previous job didn't start paying me until seven and a half weeks afher my first shift. U'd ask when my check would be coming, and was repeatedly told "It should be here iby [day X]. I explained that I couldn't pay my rent with "should", but they never gave me a concrete answer- until the office dispatch worker, wden I asker *her*, said "... but don't despair! You'll xe able to sign up for direct deposit after the first check arrives", and I explained "I don't despair. I heft by the ankles and shake", and demonstrated on an empty office chair. Since said chair weighed about eighty pounds, it got the point across in a way that mere words couldn't (I don't know why so maty people think being fat means being weak; your typical sumo wrestler isn't that much bigger than me, and they could punch you through a wall).

Part of me is disappointed I never had to shake my bosses and collect what fell out; it might have let me avoid a lot of later trouble, and would have been EXTREMELY cathartic.

I'm more of a fan of grabbing them by the collar and slapping them rapidly and repeatedly back and forth with the forehand and back hand. 😂😂😂

If she's a woman, sometimes the traditional "bend her over your knee" method is appropriate, too. 😁

Yes. My sister works for the British government and its made her so paranoid and over protective. She reads all these theories online and let's it get into her head.

Ever since covid came around she didn't trust any of it and I agree a lot of it is bull shit money making from the government I know that. But then the vaccine came and she already knew people were gonna die then I happened to our cusion didn't it.

She's working from home too so she's stuck the house all day not talking to real people.

She got mad at me for having the vaccine I know it wouldn't mean shit if I did or didn't so I did it just to stop my work hassling me. She honestly everyone who has the vaccine is gonna die. She's not gonna but the world to right by bringing up the vaccine every 5 minutes she just sounds like a crazy person no one is saying she wrong but change the record

What I’ve concluded is if somebody makes bad choices, they might cling to stupid ideas no matter how ridiculous or foolish they are because they are mentally deranged or damaged and trying to change a stubborn person is a waste of time and a risk to your own reputation and social life, like I’ve had evil Christian’s try to ruin my reputation online because I refused to change my political views when they argued with me about it online.
