I miss him. He isn't saying anything. We ain't talking anymore. Should I say something or should I just leave it there and try to start moving on?

I met this guy online. Things were good. We talked a lot for the first 2 months, never skipping a single day without talking to each other. He was the one who made more effort to keep our communication consistent and I acknowledged the things he was doing. The problem's it was so confusing to me.

On our 1st month of getting to know each other, things were escalating pretty fast. We both admitted that we like each other. Then, he decided to open up a little. He said he recently got out of a toxic and one-sided relationship (according to him) and it was so hard for him to move on but he started to move on around the time we started to talk. I told myself, this doesn't sound good. He might not be intending to use me to get over his ex but I feel like I'm being his rebound. We still continued to talk anyways. On the 2nd month, he told me i love you and he apologized and said he would stay as a friend probably out of fear of rejection or fear that it would ruin our friendship. But I knew it wasn't really love. He was just infatuated as me but I acknowledged his feelings anyway. Then he kept exerting his effort for us to be able to talk daily that he'd even text me while he's working and between his breaks.

One day, we were joking bout something and he said you're my girlfriend then out of nowhere. Like what? When? How? I said, I'm not. How do guys commit online? Do they say things like I want you to be my girlfriend blah blah or do they start labeling and claim you're theirs while they're high?

(I couldn't make it all fit here. Please do visit my profile. Thank you.)
